  1. Timeframe for Exchanges and Returns
    1. Returns for Regret or Withdrawal: Customers have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product to request a return.
    2. Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Products: Customers have up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of the product to request an exchange.

  2. Conditions for Exchanges and Returns
    For the exchange or return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:
    1. Be in its original packaging.
    2. Show no signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
    3. Include all items sent, including accessories and the invoice.
      If the product does not meet these conditions, Zero Frizz reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return.

  3. Request Procedure
    1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject: "Exchange/Return - [Order Number]".
    2. Include in the email body:
      • Full name.
      • Order number.
      • Reason for the exchange or return.
      • Photos of the product, in case of defects.

    3. Our team will respond within 2 (two) business days with instructions for the return or exchange.

    1. Return for Regret or Withdrawal: Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
    2. Exchange for Defective or Incorrect Products: Shipping costs will be covered by Zero Frizz.

  5. Refunds
    1. Refunds will be processed after the receipt and inspection of the returned product, adhering to the conditions described above.
    2. The refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method:
      1. Credit Card: Refund within up to 2 billing cycles.
      2. PIX or Bank Slip: Deposit within up to 7 business days to the account provided by the customer.

  6. Promotional Products
    1. Products purchased on promotion can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value, with payment of the difference, adhering to the same general conditions of this policy.
