We offer free shipping throughout Brazil for purchases over R$350. Free shipping is optional; if the customer prefers a shorter delivery time or a specific courier, we provide alternative shipping options for selection. All deliveries are subject to the restrictions and policies of the postal service and couriers.

During promotional periods, shipping times may be slightly longer due to an increase in order volume. However, this additional time is already factored into the informed delivery timeframe.

We recommend that the recipient checks the condition of the package upon delivery. If the package is found to be tampered with or damaged, we request that the delivery be refused and a note be made on the Invoice, stating the reason for the refusal.
