Once your order is collected by the shipping carrier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking code and the carrier’s name. This email will be sent to the address provided during checkout, within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
The email will have the subject line: "Your Zero Frizz is on its way!"

Confirm you received the account activation email after your purchase.
Look in your spam or junk folder.
3. Tracking Your Order
Use the provided tracking code to monitor the delivery status on the carrier’s website.

Delivery times are calculated in business days, meaning weekends and holidays are not included.
Example: If your order was collected on the 5th (Thursday) and the delivery timeframe is 12 business days, the estimated delivery date would be the 23rd (Monday).
